BOOKING - Half Day

Cancellation Policy

AMB Retouch + Design provides retouching, design and creative services on a booking block basis, depending on project scope. Bookings reserve production time exclusively for the Client and are billed as reserved production capacity, not flexible labour time. Booking blocks are: Half Day (up to 4 hours) and Full Day (up to 7.5 hours) Clients are required to check with staff before booking for large projects for an estimated turn-around time. AMB Retouch + Design Staff cannot promise to fit in a project into a set amount of hours, and can only give estimations on turnaround times which can vary. All assets, briefs, copy and approvals must be supplied by the agreed booking start time. Delayed, incomplete or incorrect supply does not extend the booking window and may result in additional charges, delayed delivery or rebooking. Unused booked time remains billable. One round of minor revisions is included unless otherwise agreed. Revisions must be supplied in one clear list and remain within the original brief. Additional revisions, re-briefs, file swaps, reshoots or changes in direction are billed as additional work. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all final files before print, upload or publication. AMB Retouch + Design is not responsible for errors in supplied content, copy, pricing, spelling, logos, legal text or final output unless specifically scoped. Additional charges may apply for rush jobs, after-hours or weekend work, extra revisions, file management, resizing, renaming, exports, low-resolution replacements, colour changes, compositing, delayed supply or short-notice cancellations. Bookings may be rescheduled online with 48+ hours notice.. Less than 48 hours may incur a fee. Cancellations must be made 72 hours before booking date to avoid a half-day rate fee. Cancellations Made 48hrs or less before the start date will be charged a full day rate fee. Missed bookings or un-supplied work are fully billable by a full day rate fee. Invoices are to be paid within 14 days unless otherwise agreed. Work may be paused on overdue invoices, and final files may be withheld until payment is received in full. AMB Retouch + Design is not currently registered for GST. By requesting a booking, approving a quote, paying an invoice or supplying project assets, the Client agrees to these Terms.
